Return Process

  Log into your XOXO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Beauty Haul

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Print and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our beauty experts inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
